Job Purpose:

To provide technical management and commercial support to a number of contracts within London to ensure efficient contract delivery.

Accountabilities:
• Prepare Annual Maintenance Plans
• Ensure compliance with contract deliverables
• Prepare and issue business case draw-down requests for life cycle expenditure
• Monitor life cycle expenditure and ensure that life cycle expenditure is aligned with contract obligations
• Liaise with the operations team and client
• Support Operations Team / Life Cycle team generally throughout the business
• Ensure all projects and churn assignments are managed, operated and completed
• Deliver Projects management to the highest level ensuring all relevant KPI’s and SLA’s are met and adhered to.
• Give added value to the client where possible provided it is not to the detriment of the main contract
• Seek out innovative tools to deliver Projects more effectively
• Manage the performance of preferred suppliers/subcontractors when managing project/churn/lifecycle within the portfolio.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to peers and to senior management
• Ability to appreciate, relate to and to work with people representing other disciplines, including design, planning, construction and legal
• Commercial management and negotiation skills
• Construction related academic and/or professional qualifications
• Qualified / Chartered Engineer or similar
• Experience of PFI procurement
• Experience of estimating construction and life cycle costs
• Experience of communicating technical and commercial issues to both technical/commercial audiences and to non-technical/non-commercial audiences
