Our Client is a national retail fitout contractor who has an excellent blue-chip client base. They can boast an extremely healthy order book and as a result have a need for a number of experienced Surveyors for upcoming projects across the North West and Yorkshire.
Their experience covers across construction and refurbishment for banks, supermarkets and high street stores with project values ranging from £100k - £15m.
The QS will be expected to work from pre contract right through to onsite delivery with responsibility for all the usual commercial functions. Surveyors will be expected to work to tight deadlines with fast turnarounds as is the nature of the industry.
To be considered for this role you must have at LEAST three years as a QS (either project or senior) working for a main contractor on retail projects (either new build or refurbishment).
