Our Client is a market leading International Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy that operates across all facets of the built environment. They are now looking to develop their public sector team with the appointment of a number of senior individuals across the UK. Ideally they are looking to appoint at Associate level in the South East, Midlands and Northwest regions to act as specialist Principal Consultants assisting in the strategic development of service solutions with a particular focus across the Education markets.
Main Responsibilities:
To take Project Direction and Lead Education Advisory roles on Academies and BSF projects
To manage supply chain for specialist services into the Academies and BSF projects for education advice.
To provide education advisory services direct to clients for all stages of project developments across the portfolio of contracts with Schools and Local Authorities
To undertake leadership of the relevant workstreams in client side BSF activities
To undertake the leadership and delivery of relevant workstreams in provider side BSF activities
To support the development of mini-tenders under the PfS Framework for education, TA and Lead Adviser services to clients.
To work effectively as part of the delivery team and contribute to new service development and process management.
To undertake any other duties as required by the relevant team leader.
Candidate requirements:
Successful professional track record in public or private sector Education and Childrens Services operations
Experience of advising on strategic delivery at a senior level
Successful leadership / delivery of Academy and BSF / PCP related education advisory services
Experience of education strategy and development planning for major projects
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership / team-working skills
Self-starter / initiative
Problem-solver
Conflict resolution skills
Excellent writing skills
Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
