Overview:
Our client is a leading international support services organisation who deliver TFM services to a broad spectrum of clients across the globe.
Following a recent restructure, due to new contract awards, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial elements of one of their key contracts.
Role Profile:
To provide commercial support to the Operations Director and the delivery team
Provide a customer focused service
Interface with and be a key contact for the client
Review performance data and generate savings and best value solutions
Advise operational team's on commercial best practice
Regularly review performance of subcontractors and supply chain to ensure value for money
Oversee and drive procurement activity always seeking to optimise value and mitigate risk
Assist the Operations Director in the formulation of forecasts and budgets
Monthly profit and loss reporting
Ensure correct application of Contracts and resolve all contract queries or disputes
Price and negotiate contractual change and variations ensuring amendments are in line
with contract agreements
Customer reporting
Develop processes to ensure compliance with company policy
Contribute to the growth of the existing contract and commercially evaluate additional opportunities
Requirements:
Ideally you will currently hold a similar role within one of the major FM organisations
Experience on large scale multi-service contracts
Be influential and able to establish and maintain good client relationships
Excellent negotiation skills, based on strong commercial/financial acumen
Have a flexible approach and be a key driver in achieving the contract objectives
Ability to work on your own initiative and schedule workload to meet priorities
Educated to degree level or equivalent and professional membership of a relevant organisation would be desirable
Sound understanding of risk analysis/management
